Prominent local architect Ron Vrilakas of Vrilakas Architects partnered with local developer Skip Rosenbloom to bring beautiful urban live/work lofts to Sacramento's core at 4th Avenue and 35th Street just off of Broadway. There are two floorplans, a loft and a live/work townhome style unit, and all 10 spaces include detached garages. Features include:
